Special Tours:  Need a special tour?  Tours of Chesterfield County Historic Eppington, Falling Creek, and Midlothian Mines can be arranged through the Chesterfield Parks and Recreation Department.  Call Brian Truzzie at (804) 751. 4946 for additional information.  Museum tours can be made by calling the museum at  804.768.7311.  For a complete list of our programs visit our site here or call Bryan Truzzie, 751-4946.

Public Speaking Requests:  We can provide an engaging and educational  power point program for your next social function. A wonderful opportunity for churches, civic organizations, scouts, garden clubs and older adults to learn more about Chesterfield County's history.  We offer a wide range of horticulture and history topics such as historic trees, medicinal herbs and plants, coal mining history, ghost stories, Civil War history and many other topics. Presentations are offered Tuesday-Friday. Cost: $35.00 for non-profits.  $50.00 for private groups and groups outside Chesterfield County.

Magnolia Grange Teas:  Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at Magnolia Grange for a specialty tea and presentation.  Occasionally one will be offered for your enjoyment.  We have guest speakers, a presentation, finger sandwiches, dessert and tea provided. Tours of the house will be offered and the gift shop will be open. Space is limited. Cost is $25/person.  1892 Old JailThe 1892 Historic Jail is opened for tours.  The adjacent Museum houses exhibits pertaining to the history of Chesterfield County.  Rotating exhibits are themed along historical events that affected county residents.  Please take a tour of the Museum.  Admission is free and $2 donations are accepted.
